Since our incorporation 15 years ago, TAKSU has been at the forefront of contemporary SE Asian art. Together with a host of SE Asia’s most popular artists (Ahmad Zakii Anwar, Hanafi, Jalaini Abu Hassan, Ivan Lam, Milenko Prvacki) TAKSU also represents International artists from Australia, Canada, and Europe.

TAKSU has continually increased its stable of artists and its market presence tremendously Growing from strength to strength, we now have galleries located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Four Seasons Resort, Langkawi, Malaysia, Jakarta and Singapore. We have been instrumental in the increased presence of artists in each other’s countries and have been involved in promoting unprecedented cultural exchanges between these three countries.

Each artist delivers a special quality to its painting, but share the common bond of unique-ness in their artworks. TAKSU’s artists are recognized by academia, regional and international awards, or by the prestigious following of art collectors alike, and through MNC and private corporate collections.

Apart from exhibitions, TAKSU works to forge a platform for established and emerging artists to share their pool of creativity, either through group shows or just through the mere introduction of friendship.
