PING Art Space is founded in 1994 as Xin-mo-se, formally renamed as PING Art Space and moved to a new building, which has two floors of exhibition space and one floor of office space and lounge, in May 2008.

Dedicating to promoting Chinese Contemporary Art, the new PING Art Space is also an embodiment of the ideal to combine the love for art and a unique lifestyle. The director Hsu Chih-Ping expects to create a space in where the works could be presented and appreciated fully for both artists and collectors.

Mr. Hsu Chih-Ping has been devoted to discover the young artists of contemporary spirit, critical sense and individual style, and he believes that a good gallery should have a clear vision together with operating strategy to provide artists with the opportunities of international recognition.

Except for the exhibitions, we also present high-quality publications for each cooperating artist; believing art is not merely another fleeting visual feast, PING Art Space hopes to be a source of deep but subtle affection for art and life.
