WYNG Foundation Ltd was incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong). It is a private foundation formed in honour of Mr and Mrs W.Y. Ng and is funded by the family trust.

The Foundation recognizes that knowledge is power. It seeks to give back to the community by empowering individuals and institutions through support of information exchange platforms – by providing opportunities to acquire, exchange, disseminate and to apply knowledge to achieve a more advanced and a more caring society.
