Established in 2000, Hong Kong Art School is an accredited institute run by a group of dedicated artists, who are active and distinguished practitioners in the field. The focus of the Hong Kong Art School award-bearing curriculum lies in three core academic areas, namely, Fine Art, Applied Art and Media Art, and its scope covers programmes with academic levels ranging from Foundation Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree. The professional studies, the short courses as well as the on-going projects of the Hong Kong Art School that run parallel to the award-bearing curriculum span over an even wider variety of artistic disciplines, such as Drama Education, Arts Management and Arts Appreciation, and they genuinely bridge art with the community.
