Green Papaya Art Projects is housed in a 1940s two-storey structure located in a semi-residential, semi-commercial area in Kamuning. Being one of the oldest districts in Quezon City, Kamuning is dotted with thrift shops, antique stores, second-hand clothes shops (ukay-ukay), girly bars, and is known for its wet and dry market.
